INTRODUCTION TO CORPORATE CITIZENS

What we offer

Community Business works with small, medium and large companies - local and multinational companies- committed to learning about best practice in Corporate Community Investment and Diversity.

Companies that wish to enjoy our services are required to become corporate members, or in fact we call "Corporate Citizens"

For information on how to become a Corporate Citizen, please feel free to contact us.

Corporate Citizens vs Corporate Members

  • We use the terms Corporate Citizens and Corporate members interchangeably.
  • However, Corporate Citizens are legally actually service recipients of Community Business. They are not legal members. We wanted to work with companies in a legal form that they are most familiar with and also as a small charity we wanted to keep unnecessary administration to a minimum.
  • We chose the term "Corporate Citizenship" because it confers upon companies a sense of responsibility that extends beyond their immediate company.
  • We believe that Corporate Citizens see themselves as members of an association that brings together like minded people to address a common area of interest.
