group's premium income is close to HK$ 3 billion today, making

a top 10 insurer in
Hong Kong.
Sharing the core value of corporate responsibility of our
parent company Zurich Financial Services Group, we extend our
care to the community, aiming at fostering social cohesion and
a spirit of mutual care. With
"Zurich Smiles"
platform, we
actively participate in local community programmes to
contribute to Hong Kong society.
Zurich has been a staunch supporter of community services,
including flag days, charity raffles, charity walks, carnivals
and fund-raising premiere. Since 1999, approximately
HK$5,000,000 has been sponsored to Playright Children's
Play
Association for the Adventure Play Festivals, Adventure Playpark and Playmobile to promote the value of play in a
child's personal development. The Adventure Playpark project
won the Outstanding Partnership Project Award in 2003.
In recognition of our contribution, Zurich was conferred the
Caring Company award by the Hong Kong Council of Social
Services from 2002 to 2004. Sharing the mission of Community
Business, Zurich joined as a Citizen in 2003. |
