Hong Kong Corporate Social Responsibility Charter
Community Business Limited (CBL) reserves the right to accept or decline any
organisation seeking to become a signatory to the Hong Kong CSR Charter in its
absolute discretion and does not need to provide an explanation or reason for doing so.
CBL also reserves the right to remove any signatory from this list without providing any
reason or refund for any fees paid.  Furthermore CBL does not endorse the activities or
operations of any of the signatories.  No reliance may be placed on the fact that an
organisation is a signatory to the Hong Kong CSR Charter.  CBL is not liable for any
loss or other damage incurred by any party  whether as a result of becoming a
signatory or as a result of reliance on the Hong Kong CSR Charter or otherwise.
Signatories are bound by the English version of the Hong Kong CSR Charter.  The
Chinese translation of the Hong Kong CSR Charter is for reference only.  In the event of
any inconsistency between the Chinese translation of the Hong Kong CSR Charter and
the English version of the Hong Kong CSR Charter, the English version shall prevail.
