Representative surveys of the Hong Kong working population in 2006 and 2007 have highlighted that Hong Kong employees are unhappy are work, work long hours, have insufficient annual leave and say employers can do more to promote work-life balance.

Has the state of work-life balance in Hong Kong improved since 2007? Are employers heeding advice and taking steps to help employees achieve more balance work and private life?  Do employees feel more satisfied with their working and living patterns? And is it having an impact on Hong Kong ’s competitiveness? As an employer, what can you do to improve your work-life balance policies and initiatives?

Find answers to these questions and more as we share our summary of findings from The State of Work-Life Balance in Hong Kong 2008 Survey.  All attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the Summary of Research Findings.
