"The Community Business Leadership Team (CBLT) is a group of business leaders whose aim is to help raise awareness and thereby promote CSR in the broader Hong Kong community, making Hong Kong a better place for us to work and live.

Over the past couple of years, the CBLT identified work-life balance as a major issue facing all of our businesses.  As such, we have commissioned public research each year to assess the state of work-life balance in Hong Kong .

The 2008 study will be published on Friday, 17 October 2008.  To raise awareness of work-life balance as a business issue, and as a call to action for companies, we are promoting 17 October 2008 as Work-Life Balance Day.
